Nicki Whiteman of BBC Radio Berkshire interviews Hugh Douglas-Smith of AMBERresponse
As a follow up to the broadcast in December 2003 for the launch of AMBERresponse, Nicki Whiteman catches up on progress.
The interview covers details of one of the first users of AMBERresponse who had suffered an accident whilst out jogging, she lived alone,
was unable to get a signal from her mobile and had great difficulty returning home. She has since discovered AMBERresponse which
has provided her with the confidence to go jogging again, safe in the knowledge that if a similar incident occurred, help would be
summoned automatically for her when she did not get home.
