Hugh's reply is: "When the text message goes out to your emergency contact, the first piece of advice they are given is to contact you
directly and it gives them your mobile phone number so they are able to do this. It then says if you don't get a response, either go onto
the website and there is a pin number to access details, or call the twenty four hour call centre."
