Stop Alert

To stop the ALERT send a text message to AMBERresponse with STOP as the first word followed by the Name of the ALERT so in the mini-cab example send 'STOP CAB'

When an ALERT is stopped before its alarm time, any deposit taken is returned to your account for future use.

You can also send other message keywords while an ALERT is active, these are:

INFO ALERT name Some text which further describes what you are doing
for example INFO CAB driver is taking route via motorway to avoid traffic AMBERresponse makes no charge for an INFO message.

You can also delay the stop time if needed by specifying the name of the ALERT and the number of minutes (up to 24 hours) to delay the stop time by for example
DELAY CAB 60
Will add 60 minutes to the alarm time for the ALERT CAB. You will receive a confirmation message from AMBERresponse after a DELAY message to provide you with the new time. Note that delaying an ALERT costs an addition token.

If you need urgent assistance, you can TXT the word PANIC, or HELP this will immediately stop all running ALERTs and send messages to every emergency contact listed in any ALERT which was running.

If you want to limit the effect of PANIC to a single ALERT, follow the word PANIC by the ALERT name
