STOP name
When an Alert is started, a message confirming its start is sent to your mobile phone.
This message details the time the Alert will go into Alarm mode and contact your emergency contacts.
You must reply with the message STOP name before this time.
The STOP message must include the name of the alert to be stopped.
If only one alert is running, it will be stopped on receipt of just the stop word, however it is better practise to include the Alert name.
